The Rose Senior Home wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site was built and tested with this in mind, including:

• Large, readable text with strong color contrast
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline
• Text descriptions for all photos
• Labeled form fields with clear error messages
• Layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens
• No autoplaying video, sound, or moving content

Known limitations

The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps, and we can’t control how accessible it is. Our address and a link to directions are listed as text right next to it.
